Keep Your Smile Working When You Work Out

We all know that we need to work out to keep our bodies healthy

Here are some ways to make sure that your workout is working to keep your smile healthy too!

  • Be aware of drinking sugary sports drinks-they can cause acid erosion and cavities.

  • Drink enough water to keep from having a dry mouth. Dry mouths can cause cavities, contribute to receding gums and cause discoloration

  • Bottled water may not contain fluoride. Be sure to brush with a fluoridated toothpaste to ensure that you are getting the maximum cavity prevention
